By placing an order with Gayan Gold House you agree to the following terms.

Pricing

All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Gold prices change daily; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Product weights are approximate and may vary slightly.

Payments

Online payments are securely processed by PayHere. Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched after payment is confirmed. Cash on delivery may be limited for high-value items.

Delivery

We deliver island-wide via insured courier, usually within 2–5 working days. You may also collect your order from our showroom at No. 51, Kandy Road, Yakkala.

Exchanges & returns

Unworn items may be exchanged within 7 days with the original receipt. Custom-made, resized or engraved items cannot be returned. Refunds for cancelled online payments are issued to the original payment method.

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship against manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse or accidents is not covered, but our repair service is always available.
